Cancellation Policy

MaidHome – Booking Policy 1. Booking & Confirmation Appointments can be requested online, by phone, or by email. A booking is not confirmed until MaidHome sends written confirmation by email or text. For instant pricing bookings, confirmation is automatic once payment is received. 2. Payment Terms Payment is required in advance to secure your appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit, e-transfer, or other methods offered on our website. For non-instant bookings, payment must be received within 3 days of booking confirmation or the appointment may be released. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 12 hours’ notice may result in: Loss of deposit, or A cancellation fee, depending on the service type. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service fee. 4. Access to Property Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. If cleaners are unable to access the property within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. MaidHome is not responsible for delays caused by denied or delayed access. 5. Service Scope Cleaning services are performed according to the selected package and checklist at the time of booking. Additional tasks not included in the original booking may require: Additional time, and/or Additional fees. MaidHome reserves the right to decline services that are unsafe, hazardous, or outside normal residential cleaning standards. 6. Accuracy of Information Clients must provide accurate information regarding: Property size Number of rooms/bathrooms Level of cleaning required Significant discrepancies may result in: Adjusted pricing, or Rescheduling of the appointment. 7. Satisfaction & Quality If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify MaidHome within 24 hours of the appointment. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a re-clean or other resolution. Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for correction. 8. Photos & Documentation Cleaners may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance purposes. Photos are taken only with client consent and are handled confidentially. 9.
